Funding Process

No two scenarios are the same. From first enquiry to final settlement, we're here to guide you through every step with our simple, streamlined approach.

  • We review borrower profile, loan request and security details.

  • We issue high-level terms within hours, setting out the proposed loan structure, costs and rate. If accepted, the full application begins.

  • We review valuations, credit reports, contracts and all supporting documents to finalise the deal.

  • A formal letter of offer is issued for client acceptance.

  • Once accepted, our appointed law firm prepares and issues loan documents, ready for signing and settlement.

  • Once documents are signed, certified and all conditions have been met, settlement is completed without delay.
